U.S. Embassy Marks Topping-Out for its New Embassy Compound in Riga
Embassy officials, VIPs, and construction personnel participated in a ceremony to mark the completion of the first phase of the construction of the New Embassy Compound in Riga. U.S. Embassy Charge d'Affaires Bruce Rogers said: “This building is a testimony to the strength of our alliance and partnership with Latvia. It is an American building built with Latvian concrete and steel and constructed by Latvians, Americans and others.”
