U.S. Ambassador to Participate in Ribbon Cutting Ceremony For the Newly Reconstructed Aizkraukle Fire and Rescue Station
On May 29 Ambassador Mark Pekala will participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the newly reconstructed Fire and Rescue Station in Aizkraukle. Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, Mr. Viktors Elksnis; the Chief of the State Fire and Rescue Service of Latvia LTC, Mr. Oskars Āboliņš; and the Head of the Aizkraukle Regional Council, Mr. Leons Līdums, will also participate in the ceremony.
