Hours and Services

The Consular Section provides visa services (Immigrant and Nonimmigrant) for citizens and permanent residents of Latvia. It also provides passport (including lost/stolen/replacement, U.S. citizen registration), citizenship (acquisition and report of birth abroad), American citizen services (welfare and whereabouts, deaths, emergency financial and medical assistance, arrests, overseas absentee voting), Federal benefits (services for other Federal Agencies and Federal Benefits (SSA/VA/Other, federal tax forms), and notarial services.
