U.S. Embassy Hosts U.S. 2008 Elections Digital Video Conference for Latvian Press
On February 7th, the U.S. Embassy hosted a Digital Video Conference (DVC) for Latvian media, academics and political specialists on the 2008 U.S. elections.
The opportunity to talk to two excellent political consultants representing the two major parties, Kenneth Baer and Randall Gutermuth, right after Super-Tuesday, was very well received.
The DVC ran for approximately an hour, and was covered by several major Latvian media - the daily newspaper Diena, the Latvian Radio, Latvian Independent Television, and TV3.
